Qualifications: Well, i guess i am very friendly and love to help out whenever i can. When i become determined i can get things done quickly, and am sure to double check my work when it is important. I have experience in running a site, and helping others run one as well. I have patience, and am willing to learn pretty much anything necessary to help out if needed.
Past experience: My first spot in the warriors and RP world were the same; 3-4 years ago i joined a tribe based RP -called The Tribe Of Clear Waters- where i started out as a simple member and eventually made my way up to a moderator and basically just helped out around the site. If bios needed to be checked off, if something needed to be edited, or if they needed to brainstorm i was there to help. Many other side-sites and RPs came from this original site, and i even made a few of my own way back then.
The sites eventually closed down, became inactive, and we all drifted into our own lives. I stayed away from RP in general for quite some time, until a new warriors RP site was brought to my attention by one of the youtuber's i had subscribed to. I decided to jump back into the world RP with Warrior's Wraith. The main site lasted for a month or so, before the admin became inactive and gave up on the site. Most of the members, who had grown attached to each other, decided to make a temporary site for it- just in case the main admin ever returned. I was also one of the main members/staff, and helped out quite a bit- accepting bios (most were never actually checked over, just accepted) and doing what we all did; Role Play.
The site has had its ups and downs, but im still semi-active on it right now as one of the main leaders and head of a new plot that is in development.
Why you want the position: This is a wonderful forum, and i thought 'hey, i love this forum, i have some experience, and they need some new help, so why don't i try to sign up for a position?' basically how it went in my mind :3 Its something that im a little intimidated to go for, but if i try my best- then hey, at least i tried ^ - ^
Why you think you‘re right for the position: I have some experience with running and helping out around different sites, i know how warriors work, and im very used to the RP atmosphere. I have looked over bios before, and am very open to constrictive criticism if necessary for any part of these positions. I am friendly as well, more than happy to welcome new members, and am very open minded. Qualifications: I know a lot about grammar, and I'm a bit of a grammar freak. I am okay at graphics; many people are better than me, and a lot of terms I have no clue what they mean, but I can make a decent picture. I'm also good at photography, if this has anything to do with it. I'm good at writing stories, so as you can tell, I'm a bit of an artsy person. <3 I think that I can friendly and polite, though sometimes my politeness might come off as stiff. I'm quite good at coming up with site-wide plots and smaller plots, and normally think of a plot when I've only been active on a site for little more than a week. Finally, I'm a teeny bit of a control freak. I love things to be clean and neat like my room.
Why you want the position: Even though I am quite new to this site, I think I could really help it. Don't get me wrong, this is a fantastic site with wonderful members, but I've noticed many theads/bios that haven't been replied to since the middle of 2011. There is an archives place on this site, but it doesn't seem to get used. I understand that the staff lead busy lives, and have much to do, but I think I could help with this. For me, it's about helping the new members who are trying to explore the site and seeing threads that have never been replied to, making guests feel like this site is more active, and getting this place a bit more orderly.
Why you think you‘re right for the position: I come from a long line of organizers, and I can sort things and know exactly where they are, why they are there, and how I can find them. I am determined, and I won't settle for less than almost perfect, because I know that nothing is ever perfect, and won't be, but I can get it pretty darn close.

As far as this section goes, I'm not so sure I'd be more fit than any other member. I don't have much in the terms of qualifications, but here's what I've pulled together. I like to think I'm friendly and thoughtful enough to most people. And along with that, I'm open. I'm likely to give you my opinion if you ask for it. If you want to know what I truly think about your bio, and I think it looks like crap, I'm likely to say it has room for improvement, and point out things to expand. But if you're looking for actual qualifications and experience, not just personality, I have a few. I often times help to host pages and such on my guilds on neo. On multiple occasions I have found myself in the council position, and have done fairly well. I maintained the guild and its members, and asked any disrespect to be stopped immediately. Aside from that form of leadership, I remain a normal member and rarely have to use any authority, though I do have the capability. Also, I'm not sure it pertains to mods, but I have quite a bit of graphic experience. I make layouts for almost all of my guilds, and each one seems to get better.

Why you want the position
I've found that not only was Forest of Fate the first site to draw me into forums, but also the site I've come to fall back to and love. When I find myself struggling to find time for role play, it's FoF which gets all of my time, when I have it. Although I've fallen in and out of other sites, I remain here at this one, simply because I consider you all my family, and my friends. I want to help this place in any way possible due to the tremendous help all of the staff and members have been to me over the years. My service here is out of love and desire to return what's been given to me. And that's why I want to be a member of the staff family.

Why you think you‘re right for the position
I find myself critiquing small things about bios in my head. I know I don't know all aspects, but I'm a fast learner. If I know what to look for, I think I could spot it. I love reading bios and imagining the cat in my head, and although I may not have all of the needed skills at the moment, I would pick them up. As for general modding, I believe I am a fairly respectable figure, and do think that I am fully capable of taking on the duties presented to me. I'm always looking to do more, and I think that having been around for a while, I know how FoF is run, and by whom. My relationships with many members have already been built and hopefully I've been a friendly, fun, and respectable member.

I am an admin on two 2D Graphical Chatsites, Called Stellis, and My Immortal, they are both owned by Chatlands/Wunder Woods LLC.Both of them are still going through beta though because of the owner problems and such, debating on who should be an admin and who shouldn't, etc. I show up at most of the meetings held unless I am out doing something.

Anyway, I've been around and on Forums for quite a few years, if I can recalled I've been an RPer on the ChickenSmoothie forums since 2008, I was an RPer on Warriors Cats RPG for a few months, and I've RPed on a few wolf sites before, so I know all the forums of a forum, but it will take some time for me to get use to navigating. I am a calm person most of the time when dealing with situations, and sometimes I ask a lot of questions because I'm not that bright, and it takes me a while to process things.

Why do I want this position? Ah, that's a good question. I want this position because during my whole summer and school year I finish everything early, and I'm always on 24/7 doing nothing but sitting on the computer waiting to help people. FoF had also attracted me like a bug to a super bright lantern, I just can't get this site out of my head and I'm always snooping around either way I can, I find it fun and exciting, better than the sites I had been on before, and the community is super friendly to new members and such I thought I would want to help out as well!

I'm a reasonable and respectable member, and always socially accepted when it comes to group activities, I'm not the kind to argue, more like the kind to follow and listen, but sometimes I can get confused, as stated above, and I would probably need some help. I'm a fun and out-going person, always looking for a new friend and something to do. And when I really think about it, I love being a moderator/admin for people because I get to help so much, and it makes me happy that I can actually do something. xD

I don't like talking about myself much, and I'm sure there's someone out there that's majorly qualified. But out of my 'self assessment' and some friends help, here's what I've come up with. I'm a bit of a spelling and grammar natzi, Incorrect grammar just bugs the fire out of me. I'm really good with coding, I love it. And by love, I mean I will spend an hour or more on a simple post, just to make sure every code turns out right. I can't get enough of coding, using different code combinations to create a multitude of different things on forums. I tend to be pretty good with trolls, handling them efficiently and fluently. I don't necessarily get mad all to easy, especially when the place I'm at is well run. It's kind of weird, but I like rules, I guess I just like the way it keeps things going, like a part to a well-oiled machine. I do my best to be respectful to any member, regardless of personal opinions, and even if I do get a bit snappy, I don't think I'm ever truly mean. I consider myself to be pretty mature in most situations, and even in real life if there's a falling out, I make sure to listen to both sides of the story, and I have never "picked a side" in a fight. I've been on SSS Warrior Cats for nearly two years, and I have been a moderator on the forum for a great deal of that time. I love posting in a variety of places, and I love answering questions. Anything, really, I always try to be the first to answer someone else's question, for the simple fact that I really like to help out however I can. I'm fairly good with graphics, though I'm still learning. I really don't know what else to say, but I'm sure I'm missing something.. But if I get chosen, hey, great, I get to help out on an official capacity. If not, it's perfectly fine, there's always next time, and even if I can't help officially, I'll still be able to answer questions whenever I happen upon them.
Past experience: I'm a moderator on SSS warrior cats. I've been on the site for roughly two years, give or take a few months, and I've been a moderator for about a year, possibly a bit more, on the site. I've had a few tryouts for admin positions, though I haven't gotten them due to serious schedule interference, and I was a writer/moderator on Pet Adoptables, though when my computer broke I had to be demotivated due to inactivity and a need for active mods at the time.

Site Focused Skills

I have two skills that can be focused towards the site; previous admin experience and coding skills.

As someone who has already created many forums, I have plenty of experience with the admin panel, meaning that no training is required. I know now to create boards, moderate boards, move boards, and edit boards.

At the same time, I also have plenty of coding skills. Referenced below (especially in my last two sites), I know how to code a forum properly as to make sure that the code doesn't break. And yes, like many others, though I do use Smangii's codes as a starter, I also know how to sift through html to change what I want. That can be referenced in the Neopets advertisements I made, where I took a basic template and changed it into something completely different. Look here then here. The first one is the original template. The second is the one I made from the original template.

Developed Skills

Among my developing skills are graphic-making and leadership skills.

I have been spending quite a lot of time recently working with Photoshop and making graphics. In the Past experience section below, you will see that I have built two skins from scratch by myself, using my own grapic-making skills and Photoshop. While yes, the skins are relatively simple, they are functional and look good.

I have also been developing my leadership skills. This past school year, I participated in a comedy show called FISH as a stage crew member. Stage crewing taught me a lot about reponsibility and listening to directions. In our last show, I was given the honour of using the headset. While using the headset, I quickly learned how to make quick decisions regarding whether or not to call curtain if my director wasn't able to call it quickly enough, or if he left it up to me. I also had to make choices regarding our special guest and her... ahem, less than extravagant disppearances.

I personally believe what I learned from FISH this year and in the coming year can be applied to staffing FoF.

Personal Skills

My personal skills include problem solving, conflict resolution and patience.

The first two skills are extremely important in being a mod. IRL, I've always been noted for having excellent skills in conflict resolution. I'm often at the center of my friend's fights, trying to diffuse them. I also know when to put my foot down and to tell someone to stop.

My problem solving skills are just as good. I've always beem enamoured with word and visual problems, and this can come in handy when fixing problems that have to do with the site. As well, I also know when I'm way in over my head and need help. I'm willing to swallow my pride and ask instead of improvising and causing more damage.

I also have good patience. I enjoy things like meditation, yoga and just stopping to think once in a while, and these are all beneficial to my mood. They've also taught me that taking time to think about something and ask questions is very good, instead of always rushing. Rushing about life is not good for you or for those around you, for it only causes missed opportunities.

Because of this belief, I am willing to wait for explanations and will happily try to understand a concept before criticizing it.

Past experience:

The Last Spark - Co-admined with Toasty. Never got off the ground, Toasty gave up before we could really get started.

Eternal Battles - Admined this one myself. Received much help from Crow. This is where I first began to figure out the admin panel and how everything works. Didn't work out, both me and Crow lost interest.

Amberstone - My third venture into making my own site. Helped by Slug and Hardy. This time around, I really did get acquainted with the admin panel and I did most of the coding myself. Again, it failed. Terribly.

Fallen Leaves - Done with Fallout (of TFAnimated RPG fame, yesyes) and Slug. You will notice that it had the sidebar from Amberstone. That's because I often, as a way of saving time, transplant sidebar codes from other sites I've made that have ready-made sidebars. It's easier. And that way you don't need to get frustrated when the sidebar code somehow breaks the HTML and everything is all over the place.

BTW, you may have noticed a pattern by now. The fact that these never got off the ground. Blame the fact that I was 13 or 14 years old and had mo motivation whatsoever.

More recently, though.

STF - Skin Test FoF was a project I started in the case that FoF needed a quick skin change or an emergency skin. STF was my first use of Photoshop as an editing and creating tool. As you can see, the skin isn't done yet, but it will be soon.

THE LABYRINTH - My most recent project, The Labyrinth is my plot baby. I created it after having a sudden strike of inspiration brought on by severe exhaustion. Labyrinth is my first attempt at creating a board from scratch by myself - developing the idea and information, creating templates for characters, and creating histories that tie in with the idea. Luckily, I've had a couple of friends - Cloudie and Pyro have helped me along a bit with information pertaining to the plot and how to make roleplay as realistic as possible. Kudos, guys.

I have also worked as an advertiser for Ghost's site, In the Paws of StarClan.

But really. I want to help because you guys have given so much to my life that I just want to be a part of the legacy. I want to be known as "one of the unbelieveably awesome spiderman loving mods on the Forest of Fate" site. I want to tell my grandkids that I used to be a really important part of a site known as Forest of Fate (and then I'll call all you guys up and tell you how they thought that was awesome when really, they just said "cool" and walked away).

But yeah. That's really my only reason. I want to be helpful. :D

Why you think you‘re right for the position:

I think I'm right for the position because of my experience and veteranship with the site.

I've been a part of FoF since March 1st, 2009. This was less than a month since FoF was created. I was 13, lost, bullied, and lonely. You guys became my best friends. You guys gave me a reason to keep going. You gave me a place to express my creativity without fear of harsh criticism.

So now, I want to give back.

I want to be the one who welcomes the lost 13 year olds kids who need a friend. I want to be the one who can feel great pride when people say, "I just wanna say, I love your skin!" I want to be the person people can go to when they need help, even if it has nothing to do with the site.

I'm 16 now. I can legally drive and legally work. I believe, personally, that I have become mature enough to become a staff member for FoF.
