Heya there tin~ I'm going to take you at your word and hit you with everything I have. >D Before I do, however, you do have a pretty good base so far.
Beliefs: Fine for a PineClan cat, but expansion would be wonderful. Great, he doesn't believe in StarClan, you've given a decent reason why - but what are his perspectives on believers? FogClan? Does he believe in any sort of continuance after death or just nothingness? Is he a strong believer in the warrior code or a personal sense of honor?
Bear in mind you don't need to answer every one of these questions; they're just prompts for fleshing things out.
Personality: His basic jerk-bombiness is wonderful, but show me more. Is he merely obnoxious or can he actually be mean or petty? Is there anyone to whom he behaves differently; how much respect does he have for authority figures? Is he ever kinder or gentler when trying to impress a she-cat? Is he aware of how he can torment others or does he ignore when others dislike him? Does he care about having friends at all?
Again, these are just possible things to add - you by no means have to answer every one. c:
Skills look fine, could use a little expansion into climbing or tracking.
