Sparrowclaw never knew about starclan when she was a kittypet. When she first joined the clan before it split, she learnt completely about Starclan and instantly fell into belief due to listening to the stories and the other clans other than pineclan believing in them.
Not only that, but hearing in Starclan made her wonder about them; who were they, what are they and how many cats were in there?
She had seen a fair share of cats die, but cats who weren't apart of the warrior clans, what happened to them?

Appearance |
Inheriting her mothers beauty and her fathers frame, her small head but wide ears and green eyes, fit over her muscular and thin body; coated with caramel brown, cream grey, black, dark chocolatey browns splashed over her whole body with a white underbelly, muzzle and paws.
Her body is muscular beneath her fur and a thin narrow tail banded with white rings and a tuft of grey at the very end.
Her claws are small, but incredibly sharp and pierce quite well into branches and pelts of other animals.
Personality | Ever since a young age has she become arrogant and ignorant.
She cannot help it, she became it from Onyx (Her mother) it generally seeps in when she's getting annoyed with somebody or something, she hates being proved wrong and it will make her go "off on one" ranting about her opinion.
She indeed has a very short fuse.
She prefers to be all out with it and not stay quiet half the time.
Trust me, if she wanted to say what was bothering her it would be out in seconds. Not only that but she has a very sharp tongue and is very strong about beliefs and opinions; however she is incredibly loyal.
Preferring to just say what needs to be said and wont have a second thought in snapping at a warrior insulting her clan.
She is very hostile towards other clans and is always looking for a fight, she believes that if the cat is from another clan then they are not to be trusted at all.
Sparrowclaw isn't at all power hungry, but she does love to look into herbs and loves to secretly learn about them, It's just a hobby she does and she wants the clan to always be in top shape. Despite her cold and sharp tongue she is very warm sweet around her clan mates, but everything will and can change around other clans and is very sensible and calm and collective when she wants to.
Skills |
Sparrowclaw got her name from being able to use her claws a lot more frequently than most cats, due to them being small and very needle like giving her the ability to climb trees and run across the thin branches looking as graceful as a sparrow getting ready to fly, she classes it as one of her many talents with sharp claws that is able to get grip into the tree and pull her up onto the branches and her small lithe body being able to keep balance on narrow branches as well as thick ones.
She is a terrible escape artist when it comes to fights, but her hind legs are filled with a strong enough muscle that allows her to be able to kick and wind cats that pin her. When she is pinned, she'll use her tail to pull their hind leg from beneath them and then move her free hind leg to kick them in the stomach and even chuck them off her.
She'll hide in the tree when cats are fighting others and dive on an enemy allowing her claws and sharp teeth meet their body. Sometimes even able to startle them enough to chase them away from her clan mates.
Hunting it is different, the prey she prefers to test herself on is the birds like pigeons, robins, squirrels and basically anything arboreal. She'll use her speed and her ability to reach higher than most cats could to catch them and kill them before they can react, being able to blend in well with the trees.
Ground prey is just as fun, chasing after other prey and able to leap from bushes and swipe at the prey as fast as she could.
History |
Many moons ago before Sparrowclaw had ever heard of cats who wandered the place all feral and wild.
Never had she heard of starclan or of anything such as this.
Life was normal, boring, relaxing... What couldn't be so perfect about it?
-
"Hey... Sis, wake up... Look!"
Paws would jab into the small kittens waist, causing her to squeak in annoyance and roll onto her belly.
"Get up... Quick!"
A small irritated hiss escaped the small kits lips as she finally gave into the constant poking and persuading of the kitten who wouldn't leave her be.
"What is it?" She snapped, finally opening her wide green eyes to glare at her irritating brother who kept poking her in the waist.
"Mama's not well..." her brother, Fernando whimpered. "She's breathing quicker..."
Pressing his pale grey paw to his mothers stomach, he looked towards his sister with a concerned gaze.
"she's sleeping..." The young she-kit mewed to her brother, rolling her eyes and turning away from him. "Don't wake me up if it's something stupid as that..."
"I know she's sleeping..." Fernando admitted, shuffling closer to his sister. "I'm just bored, been awake for months!"
"Don't lie..." the young she-kit sighed. "You haven't been born for months, we're not even two moons old..."
"I know, but that's what it feels like... Oak please play with me!?" He pawed her waist once again, eventually hearing a giggle escape his sisters lips and she eventually looked towards him.
"Okay, okay!!!" She mewed softly, quietly. She stood up and slowly sneaked away from the other two young kits who were sleeping. "Just don't wake Daffodil and Talia up please!!" She leaped up onto the sofa and clambered onto the windowsill to gaze outside the window at the rainy window.
"Just what do you think you two are doing?" A deep voice questioned them, no anger in his voice but more or less a loving and kind tone.
"Papa..." Oak mewed quietly, sitting up and watching the cat appear, leaning back to examine the grey cat fully. "I was just hanging with Fernando, he wanted to play..."
"Don't get your fur too messed up though..." The tom whispered to his children. "You know you're going to be adopted later... Well.. One of you will be..."
"yes papa..." Fernando and Oak said together, watching the big grey and white Tom turn to leap onto his perch at the top of the cat tree.
Oak snapped a glare at her brother before noticing Daffodil and Talia were awakening with their mother.
After a good lunch and grooming session by not only their mother; but their owners too two new people walked into the house and spoke to their owners and discussed something before one by one the kittens were picked up. Talia was the one they fell in love with, Talia was a snow white kitten with clear blue eyes and cream markings on her head.
While the owners were discussing, Talia mewed sadly and cuddled up to the three kittens.
"I don't want to go..." Talia meowed sadly to her siblings, sobbing. "I wanted to stay here with you forever!"
"You have to go, Talia dear..." Onyx meowed softly, licking her daughters head. "It's time for us to leave sooner or later."
Slowly as time passed, the cats got older until a year later after Talia was now living in a new home, Fernando had fallen in love with this she-cat who lived next door and now she is carrying his kittens.
Daffodil had a a daughter called Katie after falling in love with a rogue cat and becoming impregnated when she was just 15 moons old while Oak had began to get weird dreams.
Onyx was still in her prime life and very agile and Thomas had been neutered after their owners decided one litter was enough.
-
"You don't want this life anymore, Oak..." An echoed voice rung her ears as she ran through a grassy undergrowth chasing a injured robin. "You want the life of a clan cat, to be feral and free... To get the rich taste of everything..."
Jolting to a stop, letting the bird get away Oak stopped and snapped around. "What do you mean!?" She snapped to the invisible voice. "Clan cats? What are they!?"
"They need you..." The cat meowed slowly, a faint outline of the body shimmering beneath a tree. "They need a cat like you in their clan, make it much more powerful."
"Clan?" Now she was confused. "What's a clan?" Oak took a step closer to the cat, but the cat just didn't seem to get closer. Instead it seemed they were getting further away. "Please tell me..." She meowed sadly.
"Follow your nose, you'll smell them..." The echoed voice meowed, slowly dissipating .
"Stop!" She meowed pleading. "Please don't leave me..."
Slowly awakening, she sat up and shook her fur leaping down off the windowsill. "Follow your nose..." She blinked, turning towards the cat flap and standing near it. "Follow my nose..." She inhaled the air, but Fernando's scent was all over it. "What do I follow though? What will my nose find?" She pressed a paw to her nose, seeming troubled.
"What you doing??" Katie mewed, staring up at her aunt. "You smelling for mice? I saw one outside..." She pointed with her tail towards the cat flap. "When mama was showing me, she said mice are our worse enemies..."
"Katie, shh..." The she-cat mewed to the kitten and looked down at the cute grey and white fluffy kitten. "Tell your mother and everybody else that I wont be back for a while... I need to sort this smell out..."
She turned and headed through the cat flap before her niece could say anything else.
Leaping onto the tall stone brick wall, she gazed down at the stream and dived onto the tree and walked across the small thin branch without realizing it was supporting her weight. Leaping onto another branch she clambered down that tree and brushed through some ferns until her home was in a good distance. "Follow my nose..." She took a slow deep breath, only able to smell foliage and herbs. Closing her eyes she began to focus on the cats words. "Follow my nose..." Taking a slow deep breath, the wind began to sink into nose and slowly she smelt further and heard a mouse squeak.
The warm scent funnelled into her nose, the warm mouth watering smell...
She followed the scent, her stomach rumbling and sinking to the ground before diving on the mouse and snapping at the mouse before it could retort.
"Good catch!" She thought proudly and carried it further into the forest.
Dropping it down, she opened her mouth to eat it.
"Prey stealer!" A cat hissed, diving towards her and hitting her away from the mouse.
"Hey!" She hissed, rolling over to growl at the cat and her bell collar rung. "What was that for!?" She snarled, sharp teeth bared. "I didn't do anything."
"This!" The cat pointed with its tail to the dead mouse. "Eating it on our land!"
"Hang on! I killed that a while ago, I got hungry and wanted to eat it somewhere safe like here" Oak seemed surprised, scared
"Now give me one good reason why I don't kill you on the spot kittypet!" the cat snarled. "It's bad enough my mentor thinks I am weak, to see I am talking to a kittypet"
"What in the world is a kittypet? I've never heard of that, you're talking crazy mouse." She turned to head to the mouse, just to get batted over the head by the angry cat.
"That's enough..." Oak was getting frustrated now. "Stop touching me!" When the cat held its paw up to hit her, she swerved out the way and tackled the cat and pinned it down against a rock. "Stop treating me like I have no right to eat!"
"That's enough! Whitepaw, what are you doing talking to a kittypet!?" A cat snarled from afar, picking up the mouse and looking angrily at the two cats. He was towering both of them and the cat beneath her was called Whitepaw?
"I was teaching this kittypet not to prey steal!" Whitepaw snapped towards his mentor, glaring up at the she-cat pinning him. "But she pinned me!"
"I can see that..." The cat meowed, surprised. "You're telling me that you're fighting a kittypet, but being pinned by them? I wonder..."
"Darkstorm, don't be so amused by this..." Whitepaw hissed. "get her off me! She's heavy..."
"You're a kittypet, right?" the cat called Darkstorm asked, moving closer to her. "What are you doing so far away from your twolegs here in Meadowclan?" He tilted his head with curiosity.
"Meadowclan?" looking around her, the she-cat realized she was in the open. "I was in the forest not too long ago, I had a dream about running through this forest and this starry cat-"
"starry cat!? Starclan talking to you?" He asked, amused.
"Starclan?" The she-cat asked Darkstorm. "Are they a clan too?"
"You could pin my apprentice, you caught a mouse... You might be a good attendee to my clan..." He shuffled awkwardly, looking around and thinking. "Whitepaw, enough fooling around and you kittypet-"
"My name is Oak."
"Okay, Oak. You follow too. I just hope Cedarstar doesn't get mad at me."
Oak nodded, looking unsure and then followed behind the tom and his apprentice, looking very unsure.
After discussing with the clan leader about her and a few tests with interest the young she-cat was finally accepted into Meadowclan and given the name Sparrowpaw.
"We need to learn more about you, Sparrowpaw." After a few moons of hunting and training, Cedarstar and Hawkfur was becoming interested in her hunting techniques and fighting skills and before one day decided to secretly assessed her.
She was set the test to climb a tree and catch a sparrow, the she-cat thought this was strange but went ahead. Noticing there was a young sparrow sitting on one of the smallest tree branches and minding it cleaning itself, Sparrowpaw looked around and then leaped up the tree - using her claws to propel herself upwards. Sneaking slowly onto the thin branch, she crouched where it could support her weight, wrapping her tail around her forepaws and then sprung with quick speed onto the sparrow and catching it by the win. Landing in the tree where the two branches connected and climbing down happily.
Dropping the sparrow, she dug the ground up and placed the sparrow in.
Hawkfur approached her, pride in his eyes and then he told her everything about what he had been doing. The happiness overwhelmed Sparrowpaw and she nodded.
-
When they got back, hawkfur told Cedarstar all about it and Cedarstart decided to make Sparrowpaw a warrior, calling her Sparrowclaw.
Now used to the clan, Sparrowclaw chose to follow Cedarstar in hope of changing the clan for the best. Being just 28 moons now, she was ready to accept the harsh truth as well she has been secretly learning the herbs and hopes to
She doesn't want to rule Meadowclan, she wants to help Cedarstar and she idolises the opinions her leader has.
And now she stands as the new deputy of Meadowclan, proud and strong. She hopes for the best of her clan and herself.

"Is everything sorted?" the large brown tabby glanced towards Sparrowclaw as she moved her sharp gaze over the surrounding areas.
"Yes."The reply was short, quick but firm. Sparrowclaw knew exactly what she had planned. "I've put all the best hunters to do some hunting and some of the best warriors on patrol, I'll join the evening border patrol so you do not need to worry about that." Sparrowclaw's jade green stern gaze moved swiftly to Cedarstar, allowing the admiration to fill her eyes as she waited for his approval.
Noticing his nod, the she-cat moved down away from him and headed to the warrior den to see if there were still any sleeping warriors.
She did not like laziness, nor did she like cats arguing back. Dragging her claws briefly over the earth and pacing side to side the she-cat pondered on what to do. She generally refused to do anything her leader didn't want her to do and she had grown so accustomed to being by the leaders side, turning her gaze back to Cedarstar once more she walked over to him and then lowered her head. "I've noticed some odd activity happening lately, in which you may find interesting..." she brushed her tail over the floor, kicking up a small amount of dust. "It may be a rebellion or just some cats sneaking off during the night, want me to tell the cats to be much more alert until the miscreants have been spotted? The pleasure will be all mine..." A sly smile crept across her beautiful white maw as she eyed her leader before turning back to look around the camp. It was awfully quiet, but what cat wouldn't like that? Besides, she liked to organise the patrols and when it came to fighting the she-cat could never refuse a good brawl.
